Man City are in sublime form at the moment, having beaten Liverpool 5-0 at home and Watford 6-0 away prior to this fixture. City have gone 8-1-0 in their last nine EPL games. Crystal Palace limp into this fixture on the back of six consecutive EPL defeats and have failed to score in all of them. There is some light at the end of the tunnel, however. I expect Palace to improve under Roy Hodgson and they will be buoyed by their 1-0 win over Huddersfield in the League Cup mid-week. Palace have also been given a huge boost with the returns of defenders Mamadou Sakho and Pape Souare. With that being said, they are still without talisman Wilfred Zaha and Palace have an atrocious record at the City of Manchester Stadium, where they have lost 1-0 (2013/14), 3-0 (2014/15), 4-0 (2015/16) and 5-0 (2016/17).
